Q: Is it different to the boxing fitness courses?
A: Yes very. We teach a different way for striking which is great for MMA as well as being a unique boxing style. It is a system and can be used for teaching pad training, fitness work, coaching fighters within your strength and conditioning programme. It can be a fun workout but with the science behind the method it becomes excellent when in the hands of a PT or coach.

A: It will help you understand a much deeper system of using pads for strike training. We teach you to understand how the body structure should be used in order to not damage your body in the long term. Also it will allow you to coach MMA striking with a good standard of knowledge from tried and tested coaching methods. You can also teach a fitness MMA class with these methods which are directly the same as a fighter’s method within this system.
