"Like many Mixed Martial artists I came from a background of Muay Thai and western boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling.
The challenge of blending together these arts with their incompatible stances and movements has always been a troubling task, seeming to involve compromising power for defence, or vice versa.
With CSL Chinese boxing I found the missing keys to tying together grappling and striking, improved my punching power exponentially and performed better in Muay Thai and boxing than before.
Having previously been plagued by hand injuries, chinese boxing solved my injury problems through greater accuracy and better hand connections."

"I love the work that i do and having been a personal trainer for the past 6 years i am always looking to learn more and widen my skills.
As well as using machines and weights, i love training and working ones own body weight. The warrior fighting fitness course has not only opened up a whole new approach to this kind of training, but also made it enjoyable to pass onto my clients."

“I pride myself on never asking anyone to do anything I haven’t done myself. No matter how hard it is I - know how it feels. I never put anyone in a situation I haven’t been in myself. No matter how dangerous it may be - I’ve faced the same pressures. None of my techniques, tactics or physical preparations are based on untested theories. I’ve never taken anyone else’s word on anything either, I’ve tested it all on myself, and proved it myself or learned the hard way.” |
