"Warrior Functional Training is a great tool for any martial artist who wants to achieve a more complete physical development. Alan has shown that he is constantly evolving as an Instructor. This will get you in shape. I recommend this to everyone"
Eddy Millis - Shark Tank LA |
"Like many Mixed Martial artists I came from a background of Muay Thai and western boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling.
The challenge of blending together these arts with their incompatible stances and movements has always been a troubling task, seeming to involve compromising power for defence, or vice versa.
With CSL Chinese boxing I found the missing keys to tying together grappling and striking, improved my punching power exponentially and performed better in Muay Thai and boxing than before.
Having previously been plagued by hand injuries, chinese boxing solved my injury problems through greater accuracy and better hand connections."
Pete Irving - Pro MMA Fighter & Coach |
"I love the work that i do and having been a personal trainer for the past 6 years i am always looking to learn more and widen my skills.
As well as using machines and weights, i love training and working ones own body weight. The warrior fighting fitness course has not only opened up a whole new approach to this kind of training, but also made it enjoyable to pass onto my clients."
Gaby Rosenthal - Personal Trainer

Tui Na Master Practioner Level Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) |
The BODYHARMONICS® Centre of Oriental Medicine was founded by Maria Mercati in 1992 to provide treatment and training to the highest possible standards in the traditional oriental healing systems.
Alan Orr is the only practitioner under Maria Mercati to be currently teaching the Tui Na Foundation course. The course Alan runs is to the guidelines and standards set out by the BODYHARMONICS® Centre of Oriental Medicine. Once you have the foundation level you can then also go on to study the Master Practitioner Course and Acupuncture.
Tui Na which means to ‘push and grasp’ is a medical treatment related to acupuncture.
Tui Na aims to facilitate the flow of Qi (pronounced ‘chee’) through a system of channels called ‘meridians’. Stimulation of specific combinations of Qi-points on these meridians regulates and balances the body’s internal organs.
The Master Practitioner course teaches advanced manipulation techniques that allow an even wider spectrum of conditions to be treated than those treated by osteopaths and chiropractors. It raises the practitioner to an altogether higher professional level in Tui Na Chinese massage than the foundation course.
Most importantly, it gives thorough training in tongue & pulse diagnosis. The syndromes are also taught which provide the necessary diagnostic skills to broaden the types of conditions treated. This course is the next stepping stone of personal enlightment.
This Tui Na Chinese massage therapy course includes sports injury, maintenance & rehabilitation Tui Na. Over 100 new complex manipulative techniques for treatment are taught at this level, which make you more confident, enhancing & deepening your knowledge of TCM as well as producing amazing results!
Also learn Tui Na Chinese massage using your feet (excellent for big clients)
The sports injuries component teaches you the most effective possible ways of treating sports injuries using foundation and master practitioner manipulative techniques enabling you to work in sports injury clinics.
A strong background of basic foundation level Tui Na is required before these techniques can be learned - Foundation Level must be completed before Master Practitioner Level.
