" Warrior Fighting Fitness is a great tool for any martial artist who wants to achieve a more complete physical development. Alan has shown that he is constantly evolving as an Instructor. This will get you in shape. I recommend this to everyone"
Eddy Millis 'Shark Tank LA'

Being involved in the security industry and being an advocate of self-protection – my need for both the conditioning and combative fitness was a number one priority. Over the years, misguidedly, I would take on cardio & weights routines that fitness magazine articles would promote and think that it would increase my punching power or my overall ability to last or deal with the duration of a confrontation…Well, it didn’t!… and I felt no better mentally! After ending up with several weight related injuries, my training was severely restricted (and so were my finances comes to think of it when taking weekly trips to the physiotherapist) and trying to keep a consistent level of conditioning was proving to be a challenge. It was at this period where I came across Alan Orr’s product ‘Warrior Fighting Fitness’, which consisted of bodyweight exercises, the bungee cord, medicine ball and swiss ball to improve both the stand-up and ground game.

‘With a growing prominence in the use of bodyweight exercises usually in preference to or in conjunction with weight training, its benefits included a more holistic and time saving approach to conditioning especially combat type training with maximum results.’

All of a sudden, mentally and physically I felt more effective and could cope with physically intense situations – the product has at least allowed me to hold my own in the training and reality circuit! This excellent product is now not only my fitness bible when it comes to training, but I decided to qualify as a coach to pass on these exercises, and routines that will prove to be a foundation in most peoples combative fitness conditioning. CHECK IT OUT & I’M SURE YOU WILL BE AMAZED!

I love the work that i do and having been a personal trainer for the past 6 years i am always looking to learn more and widen my skills.

As well as using machines and weights, i love training and working ones own body weight. The warrior fighting fitness course has not only opened up a whole new approach to this kind of training, but also made it enjoyable to pass onto my clients.
