Introducing the Clubbells and Indian Clubs

Though such clubs were employed in India as a traditional means of increasing strength and enhancing muscular development amongst wrestlers and other athletes, its actual origins go as far back as Ancient Rome and Greece. We chose a name that was neutral, without specific cultural or historical connotations and focused more on the concepts of the practice rather than its origins - as a result the Clubbell was born!
