Welcome to my site. The aim of Warrior Functional Training is to promote and teach functional conditioning.
Each of the levels within our training programmes will take you through a progression of functional conditioning.
Firstly that means learning how to use your bodyweight to condition you to a level of health and fitness that will allow you to challenge yourself safely and correctly. This is important if you are to have a good functional understanding of our body.
Secondly we move forward with the best in functional resistance training, using dumb bells, kettlebells sand bags, Japanese Chi Shi and more.
Once you have an understanding of the different benefits of each key area then we will move on to advanced bodyweight conditioning and functional resistance training.
