The aim of Warrior Functional Training is to promote and teach functional conditioning!
Each of the levels within our training programmes will take you through a progression of functional conditioning.
"Firstly that means learning how to use your bodyweight to condition you to a level of health and fitness that will allow you to challenge yourself safely and correctly. This is important if you are to have a good functional understanding of your body.
Secondly we move forward with the best in functional resistance training, using Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Clubbells, Japanese Chi Shi, Bands, Cables and more.
Once you have an understanding of the different benefits of each key area then we will move on to advanced bodyweight conditioning and more functional resistance training.
Then its time for strength and conditioning training for MMA. One of the hardest sports in the world needs the most cutting edge training. We have put together a great Team of coaches which will cover all you need.
Programme development focused on solid Principles and many years of experience. Also we offer courses on Chinese Tui Na Bodywork and our unique ‘Functional MMA Striking Coach’ certification.
